General Reading Books
As I have noted on the previous page, there are myriad books available on mental health related topics.
Some are clinical in style, and some are lighter but
nevertheless extremely useful. I will discuss with you,
when appropriate, some recommended titles specific to your
own issues which you may care to purchase at your favorite
local bookshop or online. Some titles will be more readily
available online.
In addition to clinical books, I continue to add to my own
library of general reading books which provide good
reading and promote good thoughts.
Below, I have listed my 'most recently read' books which
you may care to consider if you feel it may be appropriate
for you. Call or email me if you want further help in
choosing a book, or mention it to me at our next visit.
Each book should be easily available through a major
online retailer such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble,
and Books-a-Million, and you may also approach your local
public library and ask about availability.
